Exchange Policy

For Website Orders Only

Our exchange policy will only be possible for the buyers who have placed their orders on our official website If you have purchased our products from any other third party website or app, please refer to the instructions available there.


Exchange of the products in which an incorrect order is delivered, the instructions of PICKUP (Delivered product from the buyer’s address) and DELIVERY (of exchanged products) are given accordingly. Where sometimes the delivered products get picked up first from the buyers, then they receive the exchanged products or vice-versa.

Exchange in which the correct order is delivered, First the order is picked up from the buyer, then the new exchanged product is shipped after the Quality Control (QC) team has verified the validity of the claims.

The time period of exchange is upto 3-4 working days.

The time period for exchange process may vary if there are weekends, festivals, courier company strikes, national holidays, etc.

Process of the exchange {If the Correct Order is Delivered}

  • Eligibility

If the correct order is delivered but you want to exchange them for a different size or color. Please note that items eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping Charges

If you want to exchange your order despite receiving the correct order, Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping charges for returning the product to our warehouse, as well as for the reshipping of the exchanged order.

  • Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.

Our customer service team will provide you with further steps, on how to return the order for exchange.

Once the returned order is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.


It is compulsory to share images of the products you received from the from different angles if you have received a different colour to ensure a rapid and efficient response.

Exchanges must be raised within 3 days of delivery after that they will not be valid.

The customer will receive all notifications regarding exchanges and returns via email and text message at the phone number and email provided by the customer.
