Order Processing Time -
Once you place an order, our team begins processing it within 24 to 48 working hours. This includes confirming the order, preparing it for shipment, and coordinating with our courier partners. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next working day.
Tracking Information -
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can click on this link to view live updates of your delivery status. If at any point you’re unsure or facing a delay, our support team is available to help you track it manually and resolve any concerns.
Estimated Delivery Time -
At Loox Shoes, we equally value our customers' time, that's why we always strive to deliver your orders within a timeframe of 3 to 4 working days. Please note sometimes delivery time may be varied or more than 4 days because of the destination state, and even the pin code, etc. In that case, also we try to fulfill our commitment to timely deliveries, certain factors such as weekends, festivals, courier strikes, or national holidays may influence the delivery schedule.
Regional Shipping Variations -
We strive to serve all locations across India. However, delivery timelines may vary based on your PIN code and local courier service availability. In some remote areas or during service limitations, delivery might take slightly longer. In such cases, we keep you informed and do our best to fulfill the order as quickly as possible.
Missing or Delayed Orders -
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch or shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us within 48 hours. Our team will promptly verify the issue, contact the courier, and ensure a quick resolution — whether that means a re-dispatch, depending on the situation.
